Ford is bringing back the range-topping Limited trim for the 2016 F-150 pickup truck, which gets styling and equipment upgrades compared to lesser models.

Going on sale this winter, the new 2016 F-150 Limited stands out compared to lesser models thanks to styling upgrades such as the Limited lettering on the hood, custom satin-chrome grille and tailgate, chrome front bumper with body-color end caps, satin-chrome door handles, chrome exhaust tip and 22-inch polished aluminum wheels. Available body colors include Shadow Black, Magnetic, Blue Jeans and White Platinum Metallic tri-coat.

Inside, the luxurious truck gets genuine fiddleback eucalyptus inserts, Mojave leather upholstery, aluminum accents, a unique instrument cluster face, exclusive floor mats as well as laser-engraved VIN plate with production number on the center console lid.

Interior equipment includes heated and cooled black and Mojave leather front seats with Limited badging, 10-way power adjustment and multi-contour massaging, heated rear seats, SYNC 3 with AppLink as well as a Sony 10-speaker sound system with HD Radio, subwoofer and single CD player.

The 2016 Ford F-150 Limited’s standard equipment also includes BLIS with cross-traffic alert, panoramic vista roof, power-deployable running boards, quad-beam LED headlamps, remote start and tailgate release, chrome front tow hooks (4×4 only), as well as an integrated trailer brake controller. An available technology package adds a lane-keeping system, 360-degree camera system and dynamic trailer hitch assist.

Power comes from the 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 which produces 365hp and 420lb-ft (569Nm) of torque. Mated to a six-speed automatic transmission, the engine returns an EPA-estimated 17 mpg city, 24 mpg highway and 20 mpg combined in 2WD configuration.
