At this point in time, it’s safe to say that the Shelby GT350R Mustang‘s V8 engine sounds absolutely sick!
We have to hand it to Ford for doing this little social “experiment” with their new GT350R. Even though it will be sold in North America alone, they brought the car to London, parked it somewhere public and watched people’s reactions as they walked by.
The car looks beyond bonkers and it’s no wonder that so many people stopped to look at it, snap pictures of it or take selfies with it – heck, it’s what we would have done too!
Naturally, Ford had to push things a bit further by saying that they were under strict instructions not to start it up, but rules are only “there to be broken”. Hmm, not sure about that or about how much of this is just clever marketing, but fine, let’s just get to the part where that fire-breathing engine comes to life.
Once they start revving it, people’s reactions are priceless! Some love it, some get a bit scared, others think it’s a bit too loud (like the blonde girl covering her ears) – but what it definitely is, is beautiful to listen to.
You probably don’t need to be a huge petrol head in order to appreciate this type of exhaust music.
It’s absolutely glorious, don’t you agree?
