2014 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor Poses On Matte Black Wheels

Since you can hardly go wrong with matte black custom wheels, they seem like pretty much the ideal choice for this enormous yet surprisingly fast Ford pickup truck.

Of course, the 2014 F150 SVT Raptor is no regular Ford pickup. The fact that it’s powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine, good for 411 HP and 588 Nm (434 lb-ft) of torque make this one seriously competent machine when it comes to straight line acceleration and off-road capabilities.

Generally speaking, it’s not that easy to customize these types of trucks. They tend to “work” only when they look as rugged as possible.

Thankfully, this set of matte black ADV6 MV2 SL series wheels match the Raptor’s personality surprisingly well. In fact, you’d be hard pressed to say that the car didn’t roll out of the factory looking exactly like it does. The wheels measure 20×10 front and rear and look like they could help you drive through that Mayan apocalypse that never came to be back in 2012.

In terms of overall aesthetics, this particular F150 Raptor is about as awesome as they come. You could make a case for it being even better looking than this 2015 VelociRaptor 600, but that’s only if too much power can actually be…too much for you.

Also, there’s just something about these types of trucks posing while a little dirty. It’s almost like cleaning them up would take them out of their element.
