Customer deliveries of the Tesla Model X have commenced a few months ago and, already, one owner is looking to sell his/her car for a massive premium.

Despite having an MSRP of $134,200, this Model X is currently up for sale on Panjo for $215,000 “or best offer” – a rather hefty $81k mark-up.

The seller claims “we don’t really need an SUV right now” and is selling the all-electric SUV with a mere 500 miles on the clock and, unsurprisingly, free of dents and scratches.

Residing in New York, it was one of the first units delivered and is therefore a Signature Edition model. It includes Autopilot as standard, black Nappa leather and alcantara throughout the interior, the “Ultra High Fidelity Sound Package”, air suspension, the Subzero Weather Package, six comfortable seats and 20-inch wheels. It’s color is Signature Red, which we haven’t previously seen on a Model X.

Given that there are well over 10,000 people with orders for the Model X, we wouldn’t be surprised to see this example snapped up quite soon by someone too impatient to joining the long waiting list.
