With an upgraded engine and a darkened exterior going for it, the German über-estate would definitely get the job done as an emergency organ transport vehicle.

When it comes to commercials that involve “organic stuff”, Audi has managed to make things a little weird in the past. For example, that spot where the R8 gave birth to an RS3 Sportback.

This time around, they went for something more normal, as this red RS6 Avant is only seen blasting through town delivering a heart for what presumably should be a transplant patient.

The performance version of the RS6 has a power output of 605 PS and no less than 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) of torque. In a straight line, it’ll do 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.7 seconds; helpful when you’re racing against the clock.

On the outside, the car features exclusive 21″ wheels and some matte titanium details and, for what it’s worth, there is an extra Quattro logo on the air-inlet duct.
