Volkswagen is launching a large advertising campaign for the all-new Tiguan in the UK, looking to shine some light on the car’s styling, clever features and technology.

This first ad is called ‘The Big Arrival’ and is meant to show the public how something as trivial as a school run can be made cool and exciting as long as you’re behind the wheel of a Tiguan.

The campaign will be running under the tagline ‘The new Tiguan. Cool. Calm. Connected’ as it travels across major terrestrial and digital TV channels, alongside digital and outdoor campaigns, including IMAX.

“Volkswagen has a superb heritage of advertising creative, and along with the team at adam&eveDDB, we have worked very hard to ensure this new Tiguan campaign aspires to meet those incredibly high standards. Above all, we hope this campaign allows viewers in the UK to continue to enjoy our advertising,” said VW UK communications manager Glyn Butterworth.

According to the automaker, the latest-generation Tiguan has been styled and engineered to challenge not only the best models in its class, but also its premium-priced rivals.

VW’s all-new Tiguan will be priced from £22,510 in the UK, as deliveries of the first customer cars are expected this summer.
