With premium car buyers now seeking flagship comfort and safety in a mid-sized package, the new Mercedes-Benz E-Class has quickly answered the call.

Now in its 10th generation, the E-Class has never been more alike its flagship sibling, the S-Class, and that’s exactly the point the following review by KBB makes.

On the road, the E300 does really well to pull the mid-sized executive along effortlessly with its 241 HP 2.0-liter inline-4 engine. It will also accelerate from 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 6.2 seconds, which is very impressive.

In the cabin, top quality materials and impeccable fit and finish are to be expected, but Mercedes seems to have outdone itself this time, according to this reviewer.

So, is the latest E-Class flawless or are there any chinks in its armor? Only one way to find out…
