The final four classic cars set to be featured in F1 2017 have just been announced and, fittingly, they come from one of the sport’s most iconic outfits, McLaren.

The first to be featured is the 1988 McLaren MP4/4 driven by Alain Prost and Ayrton Senna during the 1988 Formula One season. With a timeless shape, classic Shell branding and its Marlboro livery, the MP4/4 is one of the most recognizable cars to ever compete in the sport.

Joining the MP4/4 will be another famous McLaren from the same era, the 1991 MP4/6, driven by reigning World Champion Ayrton Senna and Gerhard Berger.

The third classic McLaren hails from 1998 and was driven by Mika Hakkinen and David Coulthard. Last, but not least, is the 2008 McLaren MP4-23 that powered Lewis Hamilton to his very first World Drivers’ Championship.

The eight other classic racers to star in F1 2017 are the 1992 Williams FW14B, 1995 Ferrari 412 T2, 1996 Williams FW18, 2002 Ferrari F2002, 2004 Ferrari F2004, 2006 Renault R26, 2007 Ferrari F2007 and the 2010 Red Bull Racing RB6 of Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber.
