The Chicago Auto Show kicks off next week and Nissan has released the first teaser video of its upcoming 370Zki concept.

The clip doesn’t reveal much but the company says the concept is based on the 2018 370Z. Judging by the name and the fact that it’s pronounced “370-Ski,” the concept is likely a tracked vehicle similar to the GMC Sierra All Mountain concept.

Nothing is official but Nissan used the 2016 Chicago Auto Show to introduce a trio of Winter Warrior concepts which were based on the Rogue, Pathfinder and Murano. Each model was equipped with snow tracks as well as a revised suspension and larger wheel wells. The concepts also had a custom paint job and an assortment of Nissan accessories such as all-season floor mats.

The 2018 Nissan 370Z starts at $29,990 and features a 3.7-liter V6 engine which produces 332 hp (247 kW) and 270 lb-ft (365 Nm) of torque. It can be paired to either a six-speed manual or a seven-speed automatic transmission.

The 370Z has remained largely unchanged over the past few years but the 2018 model received a number of minor styling tweaks including tinted lighting units, “blackout rear lower fascias,” and new 19-inch alloy wheels. The company also said the driving experience has been improved through “optimized acceleration and torque profile tuning.”

These minor updates are expected to continue for the foreseeable future as recent reports have suggested the Z won’t be axed or redesigned anytime soon.
