Rolls Royce will conclude the development of the 2019 Cullinan in front of the public eye, announcing their collaboration with National Geographic to publish daily film and photograph updates.

The ‘Final Challenge’ will show the 2019 Rolls Royce Cullinan undertaking trials in places like Northern Europe, the Middle East and the United States for one last time ahead of its world debut later this year.

The Cullinan will be the British carmaker’s first SUV, featuring rear-hinged rear doors and the segment’s most luxurious environment. The new model is based on the same aluminum platform with the Phantom and is most likely to use a re-engineered version of its engine, a 6.8-liter V12.

As you would expect, Rolls Royce targets to offer the best ride quality in the world with the Cullinan, saying that their new model is going to prove itself “Effortless Everywhere” in the public eye.

The company’s development team will be accompanied by acclaimed explorer and photographer Cory Richards. National Geographic’s team will be responsible for documenting the journey with daily updates.

“I promised the public three years ago that I would involve them in the development and testing of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, and I continue to keep that promise by making The Final Challenge, a public trial,” said Torsten Müller-Ötvös, Chief Executive Officer of Rolls-Royce. “Today’s public and customers will see Rolls-Royce in a wholly new light as Cullinan demonstrates just how capable a Rolls-Royce can be.”

You’ll be able to follow 2019 Rolls Royce Cullinan’s Final Challenge on Nat Geo’s special page, as well as on Rolls Royce’s social media channels.
