Vauxhall has both updated as well as simplified its top-selling Corsa range, as the model now comes with new Euro 6.2 compliant engines, a total of seven trim levels and integrated sat-nav as standard on top-spec versions.

Pricing starts from £11,250 OTR, which will land you the entry-level Active model. Other specs include Design, Energy, Sport, SRi Nav, SE Nav and the flagship SRi VX Nav Black.

Also new to the range are the 1.4-liter Euro 6.2 compliant petrol units, which can be paired with either a five or a six speed manual, as well as with an automatic transmission. According to the automaker, the new engines can achieve up to 50.4 mpg (5.6 l/100km), with CO2 emissions rated at 128g/km.

A more techy supermini

The new Corsa range now features more tech as standard on certain trims. While Design specs get air conditioning as standard, all models upwards of the SRi Nav gain the Navi 4.0 IntelliLink touchscreen navigation and infotainment system.

There’s also a new Lux pack available, as long as you opt for the SE Nav trim. Its price is £1,550 and in return you get 17-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, a rear view camera, tinted rear windows, single zone climate control and more.

UK buyers can already order an updated Corsa from their nearest Vauxhall retailer.
