Restomod specialists Ringbrothers have dropped a teaser of the exciting new project car they are creating for next month’s SEMA Show.
Only a single teaser image of the car has been published on Instagram. It shows off the rear of a first-generation Chevrolet Camaro that appears to be a 1969 example. The car sports a green paint scheme, black five-spoke aftermarket wheels, benefits from a lower ride height, has a carbon fiber rear bumper strip, and sports a carbon fiber roof. There’s also a prominent lip spoiler.

You can be assured that Ringbrothers has done more to this Camaro than simply update its exterior. Past experience with the company tells us that it has inevitably worked its magic on the muscle car’s interior, inevitably adorning it with modern materials but retaining the classic layout of the first-gen Camaro.
Back at the SEMA Show in 2016, Ringbrothers unveiled what it dubbed the G-Code Camaro. This car features a Wagner Motorsport 416 cubic-inch LS3 V8 engine coupled with a Whipple Supercharger to pump out roughly 1000 hp, all of which was sent to the pavement via a manual transmission and the rear wheels. It’s too early to tell if the Camaro coming to SEMA this year will feature such a potent powertrain but we would not be shocked if it did.
Another noted performance shop, Speedkore, recently dropped a teaser of a modified Dodge Charger it is bringing to SEMA. That car will feature all-wheel drive and a Demon-based V8 engine adorned with a pair of huge turbochargers.
