Lumma took yet another look at the Mercedes-AMG G63, and after fitting it with their CLR G770 package, they have now launched new upgrades for it.

Among the things the tuner offers for Merc’s SUV are carbon fiber parts such as the new bonnet, roof cover with LED lights, side mirror caps, door handles, rear spoiler and spare wheel cover. The red accents on the updated grille and 22- or 23-inch forged wheels provide a nice contrast to the black body.

The carbon pedal pads with non-slip rubber knobs and exhaust pipes in chrome or black are part of the revisions, and everything complements the aforementioned body kit, which has been available for the powerful German SUV ever since earlier this year. Front and rear aprons, side skirts, extended wheel arches and a few other features round up the looks.

It’s not all show and no go, though, as Lumma has performed an ECU remap. Thus, the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 benefits from an extra 65 PS (64 hp / 48 kW) and 100 Nm (74 lb-ft) of torque, which leads to a total output of 650 PS (641 hp / 478 kW) and 950 Nm (701 lb-ft).

You don’t have to be a G63 owner to enjoy more power from Lumma, as the German tuner also has the G500 in its portfolio. In this case, the 4.0-liter V8 engine enjoys 532 PS (525 hp / 392 kW) and 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) of torque, a 110 PS (108 hp / 81 kW) and 140 Nm (103 lb-ft) increase over the stock model.
