Tesla has adjusted pricing for its various Autopilot features with some prices falling and others increasing.

For starters, Tesla owners who do not have Autopilot enabled in their vehicle can have it added for $2,000 until July 1. The entry-level, $35,000 Tesla Model 3 Standard Range is the company’s only model that doesn’t currently come with Autopilot bundled in as a standard feature. Those with this entry-level model, or earlier Teslas, can get Autopilot through an in-app purchase, chief executive Elon Musk confirmed on Twitter over the weekend.

Not too long ago, Tesla was offering Enhanced Autopilot as a $5,000 option on its models but this system now comes standard. Sitting above Enhanced Autopilot as the most advanced variant of the company’s autonomous driving system is the ‘Full Self-Driving’ option that is currently available at a discounted price of $7,000 but will soon increase to roughly $8,000, CNET notes.

The Full Self-Driving option adds features including automatic lane changes, parallel and perpendicular parking assist, Summon, Navigate on Autopilot, and automatic traffic light and stop sign control. Musk has previously claimed that “the value of FSD (Full Self-Driving) is probably somewhere in excess of $100,000.”

Musk went on to announce on Twitter that Autopilot will eventually be offered to Tesla’s customers as a subscription, saying “it will be economically better to have bought FSD [beforehand].”
