If you own a Scion xB and want a lesson on how to make the boxy car look unlike any other, just check out this example.

This particular xB was recently spotted in Las Vegas and, for some reason, has had its standard front fascia completely removed and replaced with an aftermarket grille and headlights designed for the Jeep Wrangler.

A little bit of research shows that anyone can buy this aggressive-looking Wrangler fascia online for just a couple hundred bucks.

While it has been designed for the iconic off-roader, it certainly makes this Scion look unlike any other. The whole thing gets all the more bizarre by the fact that it seems like the grille has been zip-tied onto the front of the xB.

The car’s owner has made a couple of other ‘modifications’ as well. For example, there are new front quarter panels made from sheet metal and the car is sitting on a set of aftermarket wheels, as this photo from Reddit shows.

It’s hard to say exactly why the owner of the Scion decided to make these modifications. One possibility is that the standard bumper, grille, and front quarter panels were somehow damaged and the owner took the opportunity to fit these aftermarket parts rather than sourcing and purchasing OEM parts. Either that or they simply wanted to make their Scion a bit more, well, special.
