A motorcycle in the United States was recently rear-ended when turning into an intersection. Sure, he’s not the first and won’t be the last, but what makes this interesting is the fact that he was rear-ended by no other than his mom – and the whole thing was caught on the rider’s helmet camera.
The video starts off my showing the motorcyclist and his mother saying goodbye to each other in a parking lot. As the man walks off to his bike, he exchanges pleasantries with his mom, before she tells him to “drive safe” and “watch out for idiots.” Little did they know what would transpire shortly after…

The video skips forward and when it resumes, the bike is seen slowing down to make a right turn when, all of a sudden, he is rear-ended by a silver Hyundai Tucson. He immediately realizes it is his mother who gets out of her SUV and can be heard saying “I’m so sorry, oh my god. Oh my god Jacob, f**king f**k.” The motorcyclist is equally annoyed, shouting “F**k mom. F**k! F**k!”
Fortunately, the collision occurred at a low speed and while the motorcycle was pushed out from under the rider, he didn’t fall to the ground and actually landed smoothly on his feet. It doesn’t appear as though the Tucson was too badly damaged either but we suspect the same cannot be said about the motorbike.
