Singer has taken to its social media feeds to give us a look at its latest creation. Named the Big Sur, it’s every bit as elegant and refined as you’d expect from the famous Porsche tuners.

Finished in Horizon Blue with Singer Racing Orange stripes, the combination plays as a nod to that great Porsche sponsor, Gulf Oil. The sponsor’s livery was seen on legendary race cars throughout the ’60s and ’70s and is perhaps best remembered on the Porsche 917k. That baby blue, meanwhile, is continued on the inside of the car along the transmission tunnel and the side sills.

Speaking of the interior, Singer reveals that the buyer opted for four-way adjustable electric sports seats. They are upholstered in Cognac-color woven leather with brass grommets and piano black seatbacks.

That leather finish spreads onto the rear seats and into the luggage compartment, which benefits additionally from Alabaster stitching. The dashboard, too, continues the woven leather theme, as do the door cards.

Under the hood, this model is fitted with Singer’s 4.0-liter engine. It is a modified version of the 3.8-liter Cosworth engine that Singer also offers. Developed by Ed Pink Racing, Singer calls it the “ultimate incarnation of the normally aspirated flat-six.”

In all, it makes 390 hp (291 kW/395 PS) and 315 lb-ft (427 Nm) of torque, all of which is funneled to the rear wheels, through what appears to be a 5-speed manual transmission, which is provided by Getrag. Together, they are capable of getting Singer’s reimagined 911s up to 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 3.3 seconds and up to 100 mph (161 km/h) in 8.2 seconds.
