- BMW capped production of the M 1000 RR Limited Edition at just 115 units.
- The British Racing Green paint celebrates the 115th running of the Isle of Man TT.
- Power comes from a 999 cc inline-four producing 205 hp at 13,000 rpm.
The 115th running of the iconic Isle of Man TT takes place this week, and to commemorate the milestone, BMW has launched a limited-run version of its most capable superbike. Set to be capped at just 115 units worldwide, it’ll be perfect for those seeking rarity and the ultimate on-track and on-road performance.
Immediately making this M 1000 RR stand out from a run-of-the-mill example is the British Racing Green Uni Matt paint scheme, complete with graphics showing some of the most iconic sections of the street circuit. It also includes Isle of Man TT logos on the carbon fiber airbox cover and the black Alcantara seat.

In addition, the superbike includes an individually numbered plaque on the top yoke, an aluminum fuel tank with paint accents, a black swingarm, a rear workstand, a motorcycle mat, and a certificate of authenticity.
It also comes standard with the M Competition package, which includes a tinted windshield, carbon-fiber wheels, a carbon-fiber front fender, and a new chain. There’s also billet levers, a special M airbox cover, a carbon fiber sprocket cover, and a carbon rear fender.
Power To Conquer All
No mechanical changes have been made to the Isle of Man TT model, meaning it continues to use a 999 cc naturally-aspirated four-cylinder engine with 205 hp at 13,000 rpm and 83 lb-ft (113 Nm) of torque at 11,100 rpm. It also includes a six-speed transmission, and the big wings you see on the fairings generate 50 lbs (23 kg) of downforce at 186 mph (300 km/h).
BMW hasn’t said how it will allocate examples of the M 1000 RR Limited Edition Isle of Man TT to different markets, although we do know that five will be sold in the UK, where prices will start at £43,990, or around $59,300.
