Russia is a never-ending source of news, from crazy road rage incidents to accidents that seem nearly impossible.
One might expect the country to be home to some of the most spectacular police car chases on the planet, with helicopters, armored vehicles and tanks taking part, but in the real world, things don’t look that impressive at all.
Actually, most of the times, police officers don’t even have to break the speed laws in order to catch up with the bad guys.
Besides using a Lada as an escape vehicle, this motorist isn’t exactly a rally driver either, so the best thing he could come up with was to ram one of the police cruisers. It seemed like a good idea for the first few seconds, to buy some precious time to put enough distance between the other cops, but understeer kicked in, and, well, the rest is history, as they say.
Hopefully nobody was seriously injured during this dangerous -no, scratch that, utterly foolish, maneuver.
