Despite the fact that an off-road oriented TT with five doors is not only a useless proposition that would serve no real purpose other than merely existing, Audi seems compelled to make it.

They previewed the model via a study shown at the Beijing Auto Show, but as we’ve come to expect from the ring-badged manufacturer, their concepts are not really concepts…

X-Tomi probably spent like five minutes turning the show car into a production-worthy TT Offroad (well, not really, but you get the message). All he had to do was change the headlights into a pair of more believable ones (borrowed from the TT coupe), give it proper door handles, swap out the rims, fiddle with minor trim details and Bob’s your uncle!

However, in all fairness, and despite the fact that it’s a pointless model that carves out yet another niche, it is kind of cool to look at and it will definitely find buyers who will feel the same.
