Getting a parallel park maneuver right seems to be a struggle for some drivers, despite recent guides that try to explain the steps necessary for a successful operation.
While some people are making a name for themselves by parking in the tightest possible spaces, others are struggling even when they have more than enough room for such a maneuver.
We have a newcomer from the last category, allegedly, a female driver filmed while trying to parallel park on a street in Portland in one of the largest parking spaces I’ve ever seen.
Nevertheless, the driver of what appears to be a Toyota Camry had a hard time getting the car close to the curb that eventually she chose to give up and search for a better parking space. I have to say that was an overly optimistic thought because better parking spaces than that are almost impossible to find.
