With Huracan owners keeping themselves busy in drag racing circles, it was only a matter of time until somebody put their slightly tuned model against a turbocharged one.
While there is some resemblance, the green Huracan from this video is not the record-setting Heffner Performance one, because putting 650 PS (641hp) up against 2,000 PS would have been ridiculous. We are however still looking at a 250 PS (247hp) discrepancy between these two cars, namely the blue Evotech Stage 2 one in the right lane and the Gosha Turbo Tech sitting to its left.
There’s no point in us trying to keep you in suspense on this one. It’s the same car but with different power output ratings, so of course the 900 PS (888hp) model won in what can only be described as a landslide.
You’ll need to watch until around the 1 minute mark to get the 1/4 mile and 1/2 mile times, which is what clearly indicates the difference between the two cars – even more so than how slow the “slightly tuned” Huracan looked as soon as it launched off the line.
What’s really amazing is that the Gosha Turbo Tech Huracan came just 1.6 seconds shy of matching what its Heffner Performance counterpart did in its 1/4 mile run.
