In case there’s anyone out there that hasn’t noticed, BMW are awfully proud of their M-powered cars, and rightfully so might we add.

That’s probably why they tend to talk up their M Performance models as well, which makes sense since they share the same DNA with the M2/M3/M4/M5 flagships, and those are often viewed as benchmarks in terms of driving pleasure within their particular segments.

This video features the likes of the M240i Coupe, the X4 M40, X6 M50d and even the M760Li xDrive which boasts a 6.6-liter twin-turbocharged V12 unit that BMW calls a “masterpiece”.

In terms of performance, the M760Li xDrive puts down 600 PS (592 HP) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque, which in turn help it get from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.9 seconds – making it actually quicker than the M5 F10 by almost half a second.

Of course, that narrative is somewhat different when comparing something like the M240i with the M2, as the latter is still quicker to 100 km/h (62 mph), but by a rather insignificant amount of time.

With that in mind, let us know which is your favorite M Performance model and why.
