Even though Model 3 first impressions have been out for a while, this video marks the first time we’ve actually seen somebody give us their take on the car while showing it off as well.

With the Tesla Model 3 set to put a dent in the automotive industry’s status quo, we’re slowly learning everything we need to know about Elon Musk’s brand new weapon for a cleaner future.

According to Joseph Torbati from OCDetailing, who parked this black Model 3 between a Model S and Model X, the new car still shares a lot of similarities with its siblings, even though in some ways, it’s fundamentally different.

For starters, the Model 3, while it may not look like one, it’s actually a traditional four-door sedan. It doesn’t feature a hatchback opening at the rear like the Model S or Model X. Another thing it doesn’t have are the pop-out door handles, where in the Model 3, the solution is a bit more high-tech.

Torbati also says that the Model 3’s front end reminds him of a baby Panamera from certain angles and that the Aero Wheels can be easily removed to reveal a better looking wheel design.

Inside, the Model 3 is spacious, even for somebody who’s 6 feet tall (1.83 cm). It’s also more practical than the Model S, which is something that Tesla buyers were hoping for all along. There are one or two drawbacks as well, but we’ll let you find out for yourselves what they are.

Unfortunately, this overview doesn’t feature any driving impressions.
