Would you really go exploring the Magnetic North Pole, or any other extreme terrain location, with a jacked up Toyota Hilux, a Nissan or some Isuzu D-Max truck if you could instead hop inside a heavily-customized Rolls-Royce?

We’re guessing no, which is something automotive designer Abimelec Arellano figured as well when he started working on this Arctic Trucks-styled Rolls-Royce Cullinan render.

New digital bits include additional lights, a bull bar, portal axles, and of course those massive fenders to accommodate the ice-conquering tires. Seriously, if a Russian billionaire ever goes to the moon or Mars and needs a rover to get around, this Cullinan would do just fine.

“Arctic expeditions are perhaps one of the coolest and at the same time most terrifying forms of exploration, however, we got these wonderful machines among us called trucks and SUVs with 4 wheel drive, which make it a bit less terrifying. Just a bit. I wanted to do an Arctic exploration SUV inspired by the incredible vehicles the people over at @arctictrucks build, and this is the result,” explained the designer.

We could argue that the wheels are perhaps a little too large – they look even bigger than the balloon-like 44-inch Nokian tires used on the Ford F-150 AT44 in real life. Wider too.

Speaking of real life, we know that the Cullinan can already handle sand dunes, with dirt, snow and mud not much of a problem either. So technically speaking, with the right customization, there’s no reason why the luxury off-roader couldn’t morph into a terrain-conquering beast that you could drive on any road (or rough surface) in the world.
