Kelly-Moss Road and Race produces some pretty epic Porsche 911s and one of its finest creations is now looking for a new home.

This project started out life like any other 964 Carrera 4 but a few years ago, it was transformed by Kelly-Moss Road and Race and fitted with 9-inch front and 11-inch rear fender flares, one-piece rocket panels, custom front and rear bumpers, and a unique rear wing. Additionally, it has been refinished in Alpine White with custom gray camouflage graphics and has a carbon fiber light pod mounted on the hood and fitted with four Hella 4000 driving lights.

Elsewhere, the car features 15-inch Braid Rally wheels wrapped in 215/75 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires while braking is handled by four-wheel discs with Brembo calipers, stainless braided brake lines, and StopTech rotors and pads. There are also triple adjustable, long-travel coilovers, Reiger shocks, KMR adjustable front/rear upper shock mounts, Elephant Racing bump-steer tire-rods, and more.

Power is provided by a fully-built 3.6-liter six-cylinder complete with aftermarket pistons, rod bearings, rod bolts, cylinder heads, and more. It also has an engine management system from Clewett Engineering with power sent to all four wheels courtesy of a five-speed manual transmission with a Sachs organic clutch.

While the Safari’s chassis has 54,000 miles (~87,000 km) on it, the fact that the car has been so thoroughly re-built means it probably feels like new to drive. The Bring A Trailer auction reveals that it cost almost $300,000 to build when new and last sold for just over $200,000 back in March 2018.
