• Brabus rebadged the Bentley Continental GT and GTC as its own.
  • Plug-in hybrid powertrain now delivers a combined 888 horsepower.
  • Carbon kit, 22-inch wheels, and exhaust system complete the look.

Brabus is stepping up its game by bringing Bentley into its core lineup, moving beyond the Startech sub-brand that had previously handled tuning duties for the Crewe-based marque. Now under the Brabus nameplate, the 900 Superblack Coupe and 900 Cabriolet rework the latest Continental GT and GTC with a full 888 horsepower.

Alongside the power bump, both models receive a full suite of visual and material upgrades, including extensive carbon fiber detailing, quilted leather upholstery, and a new set of forged wheels.

The transformation starts with 22-inch Monoblock ZM Platinum Edition wheels in black, forged for strength and presence. These sit alongside a full carbon fiber bodykit, complete with a reshaped splitter framed by new intake details, a subtle lip spoiler, and a rear diffuser that now houses quad tailpipes. Those pipes connect to a stainless steel exhaust system with active flaps, tuned for sound as well as flow.

Brabus hasn’t left any factory branding intact. All Bentley emblems have been removed, including the winged B, which is now replaced by carbon inserts on both the hood and tailgate.

The interior has received the typical Brabus Masterpiece treatment. Quilted and perforated leather covers every inch of the cabin and boot, combined with embossed B emblems and carbon inserts on the dashboard, door cards, and door sills.

Hybrid Power Reworked

The plug-in hybrid setup keeps the standard electric motor intact but swaps in a significantly upgraded version of the twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8.

This revised engine gets a pair of bespoke turbochargers, a new carbon-fiber airbox, and reprogrammed ECU mapping. The result is a notable jump in performance, with combined output rising by 117 hp and 100 Nm to a total of 888 hp (662 kW / 900 PS) and 1,100 Nm (811 lb-ft) of torque, figures that comfortably place it in supercar territory.

That kind of power drops the 0–100 km/h time to 2.9 seconds for both the GT and GTC, shaving a few tenths off the factory figures of 3.2 and 3.4 seconds, respectively. Top speeds are electronically limited to 335 km/h (208 mph) in the coupe and 285 km/h (177 mph) in the cabriolet.

Brabus hasn’t detailed any chassis upgrades beyond a lowering module that drops the ride height by 20 mm (0.8 inches), giving the car a more grounded look and feel.

It’s worth noting that the Continental GT and GTC already come equipped with an advanced active air suspension system, and buyers can spec carbon-silicon carbide brakes straight from the factory.

A Price To Match The Power

The Brabus 900 Coupe and Cabriolet are available either as complete vehicles or as conversion packages for current Continental GT and GTC owners.

Starting prices are steep: €489,200 (equal to $573,200 at current exchange rates) for the coupe, and €538,800 ($631,400) for the cabriolet, both before taxes. For comparison, a base Continental GT Speed starts at €293,200 ($343,700) in the same market. But exclusivity has always carried a markup, and Brabus knows its audience
