• The new 07 GT is Lynk & Co’s first production wagon.
  • The estate features an AWD plug-in hybrid powertrain.
  • It will be launched later this month, joining the 07 sedan.

Lynk & Co made headlines earlier this year with the Ferrari-style GT concept, but its latest production car for China reads sportiness a different way. The 07 GT is a wagon spun off the 07 sedan, dressed in aggressive bodywork and running a plug-in hybrid powertrain.

This is the first wagon Lynk & Co has built, and it tracks closely with our exclusive renderings from late 2024. The 07 GT carries over plenty from the sedan, including the split LED headlights styled to look like claws. From there it diverges, with several reworked panels and new door handles that fall in line with the latest regulations.

The changes worth flagging are the redesigned front bumper with bigger intakes, the black roof and pillars, and a rear end that goes its own way. Back there you’ll find full-width LED taillights that nod faintly toward Jaguar, a spoiler perched above the steeply raked rear glass, and a pronounced diffuser.

The company has also shared photos of a sporty version fitted with an aero kit. The extras include a sharper splitter, new side skirts, a rear bumper extension and a rear wing with yellow “Downforce components” lettering. These pair with black alloy wheels and yellow brake calipers, with two examples finished in matte gray and a Polestar-inspired light blue.

Chinese documents reveal that the 07 GT measures 4,846 mm (190.8 in) long, only 3 mm (0.1 in) more than the 07 sedan. The wagon keeps the same 2,843 mm (111.9 inches) wheelbase.

The interior is largely shared with the sedan but adds new practicality and tech features. The Eva Robot Assistant sits on top of the 15.4-inch infotainment and can interact with the driver much like Nio’s NOMI. The central armrest integrates a cooling box, alongside a factory-installed dashcam and a magnetic accessory mount. The cleverest touch, though, is the large boot opened up by the flat-folding rear bench.

Technical specifications have yet to be revealed, but we know the 07 GT will use the EM-P plug-in hybrid powertrain. Unlike the FWD layout of the mechanically-related sedan, the wagon adds AWD by pairing the turbo 1.5-liter engine with dual electric motors. The 28.3 kWh battery is expected to deliver roughly 200 km (124 miles) of zero-emission range on the CLTC cycle.

Lynk & Co has yet to announce pricing for the 07 GT, with its formal debut scheduled for later this month. Local media expect it to come in slightly above the 07 sedan, which currently starts at a discounted ¥139,800 ($19,300) in China.
