The evergreen Land Cruiser 70 Series has always been the no-frills workhorse of the segment, but following the lead of other icons like the Mercedes G-Class and the Land Rover Defender, it has started catching the eye of tuners. One of them is Black Box Custom 4×4, whose bespoke Signature Series build slips a dose of luxury into the rugged truck.
The donor is a brand-new post-facelift 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser LC76 in five-door station wagon form. It wears a matte baby blue finish paired with a contrasting white roof. That tough stance comes courtesy of body-colored steel bumpers and fender flares, a black bull bar, a snorkel, extendable towing mirrors, and a custom roof rack fitted with extra LEDs.

Black Box 4×4
Black Box also bolted on electrically deployable side steps to ease climbing in and out, since the Land Cruiser now sits considerably higher after some serious chassis work. That work includes beadlock wheels wrapped in chunkier mud-terrain rubber and a lifted suspension riding on heavy-duty shocks.
A Cabin Borrowed From Brabus
The transformation carries on inside, where the tuner went with a white theme straight out of the Brabus playbook. White leather wraps every surface, from the dashboard and center console to the door cards and seats, topped off by a matching white headliner. The truck also picked up an aftermarket Pioneer infotainment screen and a bank of auxiliary switches for all the added kit.
Black Box 4×4
For all the cosmetic surgery inside and out, Black Box left the powertrain untouched. Under the hood sits the stock 2.8-liter four-cylinder turbodiesel, rated at 201 hp (150 kW / 204 PS) and 500 Nm (369 lb-ft) of torque. Drive goes to all four wheels through a six-speed automatic and the standard 4WD system.
