You’d think that driving in harsh conditions winter after winter would make all Russian motorists more diligent on the road when nature gets nasty, but you’d be wrong.
All it takes is a bit of common sense to see that the weather and road conditions are not for speeding and overtaking wiser drivers going at a slower pace.
Yet none of this seemed to alarm our dash-cam motorist who paid the price when he/she came across an accident scene – twice, actually, because another driver crashed into them seconds later.
