Owning a single Bugatti is a lifelong dream for many car enthusiasts but there are a fortunate few out there that own multiple Bugatti models. The Singh Collection based out of Punjab, India is one of these and recently flew five of the rarest modern-day Bugattis out to the company’s headquarters in Molsheim, France for a high-octane reunion.

The stars of the collection are the Veyron 16.4 Super Sport World Record Edition, the Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse World Record Car, and the Chiron Super Sport 300+, all returning to the land of croissants and berets where they were born.

Bugatti’s run of World Record Edition cars started in 2010 when a Veyron 16.4 Super Sport driven by Pierre-Henri Raphanel set a production car top speed record of 431.07 km/h (267.8 mph). In 2013, the 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse donned its superhero cape and set a world record as the fastest convertible, hitting a vmax of 408.84 km/h (254 mph). Fast forward to 2019 and a variant of the Chiron Super Sport 300+ danced with the speed gods, hitting 490.48 km/h (304.7 mph) at the hands of Bugatti test driver and Le Mans 24 Hours winner Andy Wallace.

Three World Record Bugattis Return To Molsheim For Special Gathering

In addition to The Singh Collection flying out the three World Record Edition cars to France, they also sent out a rare Veyron Pur Sport and a Divo. All five cars were hand signed by Bugatti design director Achim Anscheidt. Andy Wallace and Pierre-Henri Raphanel also both signed the Chiron Super Sport 300+ and the Veyron 16.4 Super Sport World Record Edition.

To express their gratitude, The Singh Collection returned the one-of-one carbon fiber champagne case known as La Bouteille Noire which was created with Champagne Carbon in 2021. The case will be temporarily housed at Chateau Saint-Jean.

“Every time I come to Molsheim, I not only feel part of the Bugatti family, I feel part of Bugatti history,” the owner said. “With these cars reunited where they first came to life, I felt an even stronger connection to the brand’s incredible legacy. My cars returned home, but the team made me feel as if I had also returned home – it’s a truly incomparable feeling.”
