- Bugatti is launching its first branded residential development in the United States.
- The Miami tower reportedly includes 183 condos across 60 stories.
- Pricing, amenities, construction timing, and final designs remain undisclosed.
What if you love your Bugatti so much that you actually want to live in your car? Well, this is probably as close as you’re going to get. Bugatti has announced its first residential development in the United States, promising all the exclusivity, craftsmanship, and extravagant branding one would expect. What it hasn’t announced is how much any of this will cost. Of course, if you have to ask…
Bugatti Residences Miami will occupy a waterfront site on the Miami River near Brickell’s financial district. The project is being developed with Prosper Group and Belgium’s Versluys Group, while Brandon Haw Architecture and design studio Yabu Pushelberg will shape the building and its interiors. That’s a serious lineup when it comes to design.

Importantly, Bugatti’s announcement is light on anything resembling a specification sheet. The project is reportedly valued at approximately $650 million, with the developers having paid $50 million for the one-acre parcel. Bugatti says everything from the architecture and interiors to the arrival experience will be influenced by its “Art, Forme, Technique” philosophy.
Residents will also receive white-glove butler service from Rhodium, the tower’s exclusive residential operating partner. Beyond that, the details become considerably fuzzier. Bugatti hasn’t shown the building’s final design, disclosed the sizes or prices of the residences, listed its amenities, or provided an expected completion date. The sales offering is merely scheduled to launch sometime in the first half 2027.
There is at least some precedent for what Bugatti-branded housing can look like. Its Dubai development features private pools, a Riviera-inspired beach, and elevators capable of carrying owners’ cars directly into their penthouses. Prices there begin at AED 155 million ($42.2 million) for the remaining penthouse offering, according to developer Binghatti.
Whether Miami residents will also be able to park their Chiron beside the sofa remains unknown. For now, Bugatti is largely selling a name, a waterfront address, and several paragraphs about uncompromising excellence. In Miami’s luxury condo market, that might already be enough.
