The second-generation BMW 7-Series, the E32, brought with it some very impressive luxury options for a mid-80’s car, such as a telephone, wine cooler and electronically adjustable rear seats.
It was also the first BMW model to feature traction control, albeit strictly for safety and handling purposes, as this was as far removed from an off-roader as you could find at the time. But of course, times change and some people just like their ground clearance as high and mighty as possible.
The transformation this car underwent also brought with it the moniker Valkyrie 766, to go with the self-locking differentials, custom wheel arches and camouflaged appearance, although we can’t imagine how it could ever sneak up on somebody.
What it can do, apparently, is tackle grass, hills, mud, water and inclines, about as well as can be expected, especially since it’s not exactly down on power.
According to Russia’s Drive2, this E32 BMW 750i is now powered by a 5.0-liter 300 HP V8 engine, which would have to come from somewhere else since the original E32 750i had a V12, and the only V8 available had either 4.0 or 3.0-liters, depending on which model you bought.
As for the icing on the cake, the Valkyrie has a wicked exhaust note, even when it idles.
