A 2019 McLaren Senna bathed in a unique paint scheme has hit the used car market.
This Senna was commissioned by Californian car collector Manny Khoshbin but he has decided to part ways with the car having clocked up just 200 miles (320 km) behind the wheel of it. In a recent YouTube video, Khoshbin said he is parting ways with the Senna to make way for a McLaren Speedtail he has coming. In addition, he says he wants it to go to an enthusiast that can actually take the car to a racetrack, precisely where it was designed to shine.

The livery of this Senna is the first thing that stands out. Khoshbin came together with McLaren Newport Beach to specify the exterior to mimic the classic livery of the Marlboro-branded McLarens that Ayrton Senna famously raced. The car was beautifully hand-painted and features the number 12 which the Brazilian legend used on his 1988 McLaren MP4/4 race car.
Elsewhere, the car’s upper canopy is finished in carbon fiber from McLaren Special Operations and the car also includes the rarely-optioned MSO water bottle that sits between the seats.
The British company is building just 500 examples of the Senna and this is chassis 271. Although we don’t know how much was paid for the car, we suspect that the paint scheme made it one of the most expensive examples to leave the automaker’s Woking factory.
McLaren Newport Beach is asking for $1,199,900 for the car which seems reasonable, okay, let us rephrase that – reasonable for those 1 percenters who can afford it, given its exclusivity, unique paint scheme, and low mileage.
