• This incredible Miura SV has been driven just 1,516 km since new.
  • Similar low-mileage Miura SVs have been selling for over $4 million.
  • It features a 3.9-liter V12 producing 380 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque.

Long before Lamborghini turned SV into a familiar badge on the Diablo, Murcielago, and Aventador, it quietly applied those same two letters to the Miura. This was the ultimate evolution of a car many still regard as the world’s first true supercar, and among all the SVs that followed, none carries quite the same weight as this one.

The exterior finish of this particular Miura SV is really something to behold. It’s the only example painted in a resplendent shade of Bleu Tahiti, with stunning gold accents on the skirts and wheels.

To some, the Miura is one of the most beautiful cars ever built, and when specced like this, it’s hard to argue with that. The exterior looks absolutely exceptional, but the interior is just as striking, dominated by white leather on the seats, door panels, headliner, and dashboard.

Mecum Auctions will offer the car on May 16 at its Indy 2026 event, and it will cross the block without a reserve. It has covered just 1,516 km (942 miles) and was restored by an Italian firm, which goes a long way toward explaining its remarkable condition.

No pre-auction estimate has been released for the Italian exotic, but it will no doubt sell for millions. Just 150 examples of the Miura SV were produced, and demand for them has never been higher. Earlier this year, a red example driven almost 4,400 km (2,734 miles) sold for almost $4.5 million. Last year, another low-mileage Miura SV traded hands for $4.46 million, but neither of them looked quite as good as this one.

In building the SV, Lamborghini added upgraded Weber carburetors and different cam timing to the 3.9-liter naturally-aspirated V12, allowing it to deliver 380 hp at 7,850 rpm and 295 lb-ft (400 Nm) of torque at 5,750 rpm.

Garage queens usually come with excuses. This one comes with proof. It’s almost offensively perfect, which only makes the urge to drive it stronger. Go on, check out the listing over here and see what absurdly good taste looks like.
